Team Golf Upgrades - Creating A Positive Experience for My Junior Golfers
Creating a good experience for my PGA Junior League players involves several factors, including providing a fun and engaging environment, promoting teamwork, and focusing on skill development. Here are some key points of focus and areas I wish to emphasize for this season.
1. Emphasize Fun: Ensure Golf Upgrades players enjoy themselves by making the experience fun and engaging. I plan to incorporate age-appropriate games, challenges, and competitions that suit their skill level.
2. Encourage Teamwork: PGA Junior League is a team-based program, so fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among our players is essential. Encouraging positive communication, collaboration, and good sportsmanship will be our primary focus.
3. Promote Skill Development: Develop our players' skills by providing age-appropriate training and practice sessions. In addition, the coaching staff must offer opportunities for players to improve their putting, driving, and chipping skills.
4. Create a Positive Environment: Ensure our players feel supported, valued, and encouraged. Celebrate their successes and offer constructive feedback when needed. Create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and appreciated.

Access to Miramar Air Force Base for PGA Junior League Matches
Each parent bringing their kids to team matches will need to get clearance to drive on base to Miramar Golf course where our juniors will get free range balls and free green fees. Parents will be granted a 90-day golf pass after (2) successful visitor center visits.
