Access to Miramar Air Force Base for PGA Junior League Matches
Each parent bringing their kids to team matches will need to get clearance to drive on base to Miramar Golf course where our juniors will get free range balls and free green fees. Parents will be granted a 90-day golf pass after (2) successful visitor center visits. Below are the steps required to get a 90-day pass. Kids DO NOT need clearance so carpooling may be necessary.
2. Fill out Form 5512 for the background check. You can get the form at the Visitor Registration Center (VRC), Bldg. 6200 / East Gate Entrance, Miramar Way. Bring two forms of ID (driver's license/state ID, passport, military ID), and proof of vehicle insurance when you arrive.
3. Get your daily pass for the tee time at the VRC.
- If there's enough time, they will process your Form 5512.
